All New. Consisting of...

This assemblage is created nearly entirely from collected items including the box that's serving as a framework for the piece. Only a minimum of other materials has been used and almost no traditional artists’ materials.

The starting point was the wonderful box that you see, built by a someone to hold what I can only assume were drill bits or tools of some kind. It shows years of diligent use.

The other items all exhibit similar histories to me and my process has been to link one to the other via a perceived resonance and that one to a third by a different pathway. I hope that the linkages I feel will give hours of interesting contemplation to a viewer.

My long-felt fascination with the graphic beauty of letters is apparent as usual.

This assemblage is executed with a variety of found materials and housed in a likewise-found, wooden box.
dimensions are 10-3/4" x 11-3/4" x 4-1/2" thick.
note that colors will vary from monitor to monitor.
